Job Summary

• This hybrid role will spend approximately 50% of your time leading and consulting on employee and candidate accommodations, and 50% providing people consulting support on performance, policy guidance, and manager coaching.
• The People Consultant and Accommodation team supports Workmates across the Americas and around the globe as part of the Global People Relations and Compliance organization.

Salary

Base: $117,000 USD - $175,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
