  • The Nurse Manager develops and submits to Director/Executive Director/CNO appropriate capital and operating budgets for approval and is accountable for the achievement of capital and operating budget objectives within areas of responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Professional certification within two years of hire
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
  • Three to five years as a RN
  • At least one year direct supervision of healthcare delivery
  • Professional organization membership within one month of hire
  • Master's Degree within five years of hire (preferred)
  • Two years nursing leadership experience (preferred)
