Must-have
Oncology Therapeutic Area Medical Strategy
Leadership of Product Medical Leads and MSLs
External scientific engagement with oncology experts
Compliance with JPMA codes and MHLW regulations
Evidence generation for Phase 3b and 4 studies
Nice-to-have
Board-certified Medical Oncologist or Hematologist
Clinical practice experience in oncology
Experience with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
Fluency in Japanese and English languages
Global or regional Oncology Medical Affairs leadership
Key Requirements
MD, PhD or equivalent advanced scientific degree
Significant experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs
Demonstrated leadership of Oncology Medical Affairs teams
Solid understanding of Japanese healthcare environment
