Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Contact Center leadership and employees on Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
  • Collaborate and partner with Integrity’s People & Culture COEs to provide valuable responses and solutions to our employees related to payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations, HR process improvements, and workforce restructures.
