  • This position is an integral part of the procurement strategy and transformation team, responsible for strategic procurement transformation initiatives and supporting the Professional Services Tower Lead.
  • The Director will develop and implement key strategic initiatives and business cases, collaborate with Sourcing Managers, and provide business intelligence to enhance data-driven business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • Post graduate degree (business/analytics preferred)
  • 10 years of progressive business experience
  • Experience in consulting and/or sourcing and procurement
  • Good knowledge of data analysis
  • Experience in developing operational strategies
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience in a previous strategy consulting role preferred
