  • 3+ years implementation or customer success experience
  • Direct exposure to clinical workflows and EHR environments
  • Track record managing accounts through renewals and upsells
  • Strong project management skills for multiple workstreams
  • Ability to adapt communication register from nurse to CMO

  • Clinical background understanding EHR workflows
