  • Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, verifying resident identity, observing medication ingestion, and promptly reporting errors or reactions.
  • The position requires participation in quality assurance programs, maintaining resident confidentiality, and cooperating with facility surveys and inter-departmental personnel.
