  • The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the janitorial staff cleans and maintains the client's premises to the standards set by FlagShip Holding Company.
  • This role requires hands-on support where the supervisor may perform tasks such as dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, servicing restrooms, and window washing.
  • The position demands excellent communication skills to address customer concerns, report discrepancies to management, and conduct on-the-job training for staff.

Key Requirements
