Job Summary

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve critical HR services including employee document management, data and contract changes, audits and remediation, compliance reporting, and policy governance.
  • Lead process and service design initiatives, continuously assess the regulatory and risk landscape, and leverage insights to drive innovation.
  • Partner closely with COEs, delivery teams, and technology teams to translate policies into scalable processes, align priorities, and build shared roadmaps.
