Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per guidelines.
  • The role requires accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change forms.
  • This position involves coordinating interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to regulatory time frames.
