  • As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will set the standards for preparing and configuring devices, ensuring compliance with security and software standards, assisting users with migration and setup, and troubleshooting any issues during the rollout.
  • We’ll look for you to be engaged & responsible for EUC operations, troubleshooting, and enhancements following ITIL standards and principles, whilst adhering with agreed SLA’s and OLA’s across Technology and the wider business.
