Provisions network service configuration, completes Bill of Materials, and works with Customer Project Managers as a primary technical resource during the Service Delivery process.
Troubleshoots IP networking and security issues, interfaces with customers to resolve issues and educate them on service use, and collaborates with various teams for in-depth troubleshooting.
