  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and operational support of the Company Software Defined Network product, providing expert-level technical advice and support.
  • Provisions network service configuration, completes Bill of Materials, and works with Customer Project Managers as a primary technical resource during the Service Delivery process.
  • Troubleshoots IP networking and security issues, interfaces with customers to resolve issues and educate them on service use, and collaborates with various teams for in-depth troubleshooting.
