Key Requirements
MBA from a top-tier business school preferred
Professional experience in dynamic corporate environment
Experience in Management Consulting (FMCG/Food & Beverage, supply chain)
Experience in Internal Strategy or Business Development (FMCG/Food & Beverage)
Experience in Operational or Commercial roles (food, beverage, ingredients)
Experience in Private Label or working with major retailers is a plus
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic projects and deliver results
Familiarity with global supply chain complexities
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel)
Strong project management capabilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in relevant enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
