As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and play a direct role in our mission of making healthcare better.
You will support surgeons in the operating room by assisting with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient outcomes.
This role requires adaptability, steady composure, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced surgical environment with participation in on-call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years experience OR High school diploma with 6 years experience
