Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • US GAAP and Bermuda Statutory accounting experience
  • 5+ years progressively responsible accounting experience
  • 2 years people leadership experience
  • Life insurance and annuity product accounting knowledge
  • Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process implementation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion
  • Workiva (Wdesk) proficiency for financial reporting
  • Power Query skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory regimes and Solvency II
  • Drive, discipline, confidence, and focus

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with CPA or ACCA qualification
  • 5+ years accounting experience with 2 years leadership
  • Experience with US, Bermuda, and UK regulatory regimes
