Job Summary

  • Provide L2 support for e-invoicing solutions, addressing incidents and service requests, and assisting other solutions as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and availability using Azure monitoring tools and work closely with development teams to convey technical requirements and system improvements.
  • This is a 12-month contract arrangement with opportunity for extension / conversion to permanent depending on performance.
