Job Summary

  • This role is to be the SPA for the delivery of the supplier side of Castrol’s sustainability and circularity programmes, thereby delivering a material part of its aims, by coordinating and driving the ongoing development and execution of Castrol’s sustainability (environmental and social) and circularity strategy for raw materials.
  • Lead, proactively, in bringing market insights and competitive intelligence into the businesses to keep them informed and up to date on the wider market.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s or equivalent professional qualification
  • 10 Years + Overall Experience
  • 5 Years in driving social (labour rights and modern slavery)
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering cross functional transformation programmes
  • Experience of commercializing sustainability solutions
  • Experience in managing supplier environmental and social aspects
  • Deep understanding of managing labour rights and modern slavery programmes
  • Business development experience
  • Experience in corporate reporting
  • Experience in policy development
