The ideal candidate will possess a state certification, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a compassionate demeanor while assisting residents with their daily needs

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the shift.
