Job Summary
You will have overall responsibility for the development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of our core two-stroke engine components within R&D Handheld ICE.
You will lead a team of approximately 10 engineers and specialists working across the entire product lifecycle – from concept development and simulation to validation, cost optimization, and quality improvements in serial production.
As a leader, you create the conditions for the team to succeed.
