Job Summary
The Facilities Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for facility operations while ensuring strict adherence to GMP/GDP compliance and safety standards.
This role is split roughly 70% on coordination and administration and 30% on hands-on field technical activity involving utilities and building systems.
The position acts as the primary point of contact for utilities and serves as the first backup to the Facility Manager in a dynamic life science environment.

Preventive and corrective maintenance program ownership
GMP/GDP compliance in regulated environments
HVAC and utilities system troubleshooting
Vendor coordination and SLA management
Safety isolation (LOTOTO) and work permits
CMMS usage for asset and spare parts management
Technical documentation including P&IDs and SOPs
Nice-to-have
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to drive change and challenge status quo
CAD literacy for reading technical drawings
Experience with commissioning and qualification activities
Collaborative team player with strong core values
Business process orientation for solution development
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's with 5+ years pharma experience
Hands-on expertise in HVAC/utilities and ability to read technical drawings
Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP and engineering standards
Electrical BA4/BA5 certification and LOTO authorization
Fluency in French and professional English proficiency
