Provides comprehensive support for networks, servers, hardware, users, devices, and installed software within the company network.
Installs, configures, and updates various software including Windows, Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, and antivirus, and manages user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
Maintains an up-to-date inventory of equipment, devices, and software, and ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and organizational IT policies.
