  • Provides comprehensive support for networks, servers, hardware, users, devices, and installed software within the company network.
  • Installs, configures, and updates various software including Windows, Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, and antivirus, and manages user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Maintains an up-to-date inventory of equipment, devices, and software, and ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and organizational IT policies.
