Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for a variety of Etch tools including AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini & LAM.
Perform preventive maintenance activities, use SPC charts and FabGuard FDC software to evaluate tool performance, and document maintenance activities.
Assist Equipment Engineers with upgrades, improvements, and long down troubleshooting, and work with process technicians on wafer recoveries and post maintenance qualification tasks.

Key Requirements
Associate’s Degree or higher in engineering or science
Minimum of 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience
Minimum of 7 years NXP experience may qualify in lieu of degree
Experience with advanced electronics and equipment troubleshooting
Physically capable of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
