Employees must strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols regarding protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access attempts.
The role requires frequent physical activity including assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning into various equipment such as beds and wheelchairs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Administer routine daily nursing care
Record vital signs and intake/output
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Report changes in resident condition immediately
