Job Summary

• This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
• The hourly range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00, with robust benefits offered including competitive medical, dental, vision, and disability & life insurance benefits, generous paid time off, and a 6-week paid sabbatical after 10 years of service.
• Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Property management maintenance experience
