Job Summary

  • The Administrator is responsible for overseeing operational functioning, budget conformance, policy development, staffing, risk management, and maintaining relationships with community and hospital leadership.
  • This position requires active involvement in survey processes, quality measure reviews, and developing corrective action plans to maintain compliance and improve facility standards.
