• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Extensive Open Cut mining experience
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• S123 & G2 qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and influence
• Experience with Deswik and Spry software
• QLD Drivers Licence
