Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state, current CPR certification, and the ability to speak and write English.
