Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Responsible for ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect, acting as a liaison between residents, family members, and physicians.
Assists the DON in the design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.
