Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years professional experience in high-speed signaling
  • Strong fundamentals in EM, transmission lines, and microwave theory
  • Experience with 2-D and 3-D EM simulation tools like Ansys HFSS
  • Ability to automate SI, PI, and Packaging activities using Python
  • Power plane design and modeling using PowerSI or SIwave
  • Familiarity with packaging technologies and substrate design rules

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with 2.5D/3D package development
  • Experience with CPC/CPO connectors
  • Track record of new product introduction from concept to production
  • Knowledge of thermal and mechanical analysis of IC packages
  • Experience with channel simulations using MATLAB or ADS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with cross-functional management experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with 5-10 years experience OR Master's/PhD with 3-5 years
