Job Summary
This position is for a Geotechnical Engineering Specialist who will perform geotechnical activities for the Poland AP1000 project, and originate/check analytical calculations and numerical modeling, specifications, and reports.
Responsibilities include the development of geotechnical design parameters for soil supported foundations, bearing capacity and settlement calculations, soil liquefaction assessments, ground improvement design, pile design, soil slope stability analyses, and soil excavation support calculations.

Key Requirements
M.S. degree in Geotechnical Engineering
minimum 8 years of progressive related experience
Ph.D. degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred

knowledge of industry codes and standards (Polish, European, international)
