Job Summary

  • You will have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
  • You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products, complete Financial Health Checks, and educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • This role offers variety, connecting with different teams across branches in the Brisbane City and Inner North Area, with travel required.
