  • Special processes experience like welding or heat treatment
  • Regulated industry background in aerospace or defense

  • Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Technical audits against Nadcap and internal standards

  • Six Sigma or statistical methods knowledge
  • Experience with Control Plan and PFMEA tools
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
  • Mentorship skills for junior engineers

Key Requirements

  • University degree plus 8 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Experience with special processes such as welding, NDT, or chemical processing
  • Background in regulated industries like aerospace, defense, or automotive
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-50% domestically and internationally
