Lead Point of Contact for support of all SAP Platform Organizational Readiness & Adoption (OR&A) activities in assigned division, while ensuring alignment with broader OR&A strategies at EIT & SAP Platform level.
Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.

SAP Platform Organizational Readiness & Adoption
SAP Platform methodologies, tools, and best practices
Develop and execute OR&A plans
Manage project plan and assign resources
Ownership of change team technologies
Drive regional SAP Platform sustainment activities
Nice-to-have

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any Technology stream
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Business Readiness and Change Management
Direct experience in Change Management is highly desirable
Extensive experience leading user readiness efforts in an S4 program
