Job Summary

  • Lead Point of Contact for support of all SAP Platform Organizational Readiness & Adoption (OR&A) activities in assigned division, while ensuring alignment with broader OR&A strategies at EIT & SAP Platform level.
  • Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any Technology stream
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Business Readiness and Change Management
  • Direct experience in Change Management is highly desirable
  • Extensive experience leading user readiness efforts in an S4 program
  • Significant experience managing medium-to-large projects
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Teams is preferred
