The Manager will be responsible for providing an optimal experience to our customers, sellers, and Microsoft across all aspects of the agreement lifecycle.
The Manager’s success is measured by their team’s ability to provide high quality support, improve customer interaction, promote cross team and departmental collaboration, and create a team with billable quality.
