Job Summary
Partner closely with store leadership and executive teams to design and evaluate compensation plans that attract and retain top talent, reward high performance, and align with business objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of pay plan effectiveness, staffing levels, productivity, and Annual Operating Plans to manage payroll expenses and identify compensation opportunities.
