Key Requirements
10+ years software product development
Hands-on AI/ML systems in production
LLM-based apps, chatbots, agents, RAG, or automation
Agentic frameworks and evaluation/quality of AI systems
Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, orchestration
Strong software engineering skills
Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, observability
Familiarity with front end development
Experience with web development solutions
Good understanding in DOM, WCM core components and templates
Familiarity with Linux/Windows, Web Server, Middleware
Good understanding of public clouds
Experience with long-term operations, monitoring, reporting
Knowledge and experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM)
