5+ years program management experience
2+ years Social Value or CSR management
UK Public Sector procurement knowledge
Experience with PPN 06/20 Social Value Model
Hands-on Social Value measurement tools
Budget management of £50k+
Bachelor's degree plus PM certification
Nice-to-have
Strong written and presentational communication skills
Network building within complex global companies
Understanding of Modern Slavery Act 2015
Experience in business development and tender responses
Strategic capability to align employee engagement with contracts
Key Requirements
5+ years program/project management experience
2+ years specifically dedicated to Social Value or CSR
Minimum 2 years UK Public Sector supplier track record
Verifiable experience with UK public procurement policies
Direct experience managing program budgets of at least £50k
Bachelor's degree plus recognized project management certification
