The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, experience with automation equipment, and strong project management skills

Job Summary

  • The Automation Engineer will lead the development and execution of a strategic Technology Roadmap to integrate Industry 4.0 practices across all shop floor processes.
  • This role requires strong troubleshooting skills for existing automation controls alongside the programming of new PLCs and HMIs to support production equipment.
  • Candidates must possess effective communication skills to present multi-year technology strategies and monthly project reports to Senior Management.
