Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant discipline
  • More than three (3) years of professional experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial modelling and business plan preparation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and handling of large data sets
  • Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) completed or towards completion would be highly regarded
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable valuation techniques, accounting and reporting standards
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
