Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6 years of leadership experience
  • Operating AI/ML/LLM systems in production
  • Building observability and monitoring systems
  • Defining SLAs/SLOs and incident management
  • Experience with distributed systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Azure AI or AWS Bedrock
  • Background in ITIL service management
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and orchestration

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus extensive SRE/MLOps experience
  • 6 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record in AI production failure modes
