Must-have
3-5 years of product ownership experience
Gainsight or similar CSM platform administration
Agile methodology and sprint planning expertise
Translation of business needs to system requirements
Customer Success metrics and SaaS business model knowledge
Nice-to-have
Gainsight Administrator certification
Salesforce CRM administration experience
Background in data analysis and reporting
Direct customer-facing success management experience
Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Proven ability to manage Agile backlogs and sprints
