Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
2+ years of experience in Learning technologies
Proficiency in HXM Suite, Identity Authentication Service, and Learning Management
Experience with LMS/HXM/IAS administration
Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI content standards
