Job Summary
The Manager, Training Enablement, is responsible for the strategy, development, and deployment of ICR-owned training and enablement solutions that ensure company-owned restaurants are fully prepared to execute new initiatives with confidence and consistency.
This role owns training enablement for cross-brand, ICR-specific systems, processes, and operational programs, while partnering closely with Brand Training/L&D teams to align standards, timing, and deployment for shared initiatives.
As a core member of the Strategic Activation & Enablement (SA&E) team, this role ensures training is fully integrated into Project Excellence readiness gates and activation timelines.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Communications, Business, or related field
5–8 years of experience in training enablement, instructional design, operations training, or learning roles
Experience developing and deploying training in restaurant, retail, or field-based environments
Experience supporting enterprise or cross-functional initiative rollouts
