Key Requirements
10 years of experience in leading a team
Delivery and project experience in Service Integrator Industry, Insurance Industry or Banking Environment
Experienced in managing customer and customer expectations
managing delivery timelines
Experience working with software design, software development life cycle
Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science or related field
10+ years of relevant work experience
minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Proven experience in program and project management
Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
