Job Summary

  • This role sits at the heart of our Retail business at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, where world‑class storytelling, spellbinding detail and unforgettable guest experiences come together every day.
  • You’ll also partner with our wider UK Retail estate, including King’s Cross, Oxford Street (opening soon), the retail warehouse, and our ecommerce, buying & design and merchandising teams at Leavesden Park – helping ensure the people practices behind the scenes are just as strong as the stories told on screen.
  • With curiosity, commercial awareness and a people‑first mindset, you’ll guide leaders through employee relations, change and growth – creating clarity, consistency and calm, even when it feels like the business has spun the Time‑Turner one too many times!
