The role is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and verified database of all Assets and Configuration Items throughout the IT Service Management Lifecycle.
Candidates will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the introduction and retirement of assets through changes, releases, and upgrades.
The position involves supporting the Head of Asset and Configuration to monitor the quality of updates to the CMDB as the single source of truth.
