Job Summary
Support the Branch Manager to lead, motivate and coach a high-performing team, ensuring the branch runs smoothly across customer service, transactions, and internal processes.
Act as Deputy Manager when required, helping deliver strong business performance through great customer conversations and owning and promoting the “understanding needs” process.
