Job Summary

  • Support the Branch Manager to lead, motivate and coach a high-performing team, ensuring the branch runs smoothly across customer service, transactions, and internal processes.
  • Act as Deputy Manager when required, helping deliver strong business performance through great customer conversations and owning and promoting the “understanding needs” process.
