Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years automotive quality experience
Build QMS from scratch in OEM environment
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required
Experience with AI and automation integration
Cross-functional leadership in complex environments
Nice-to-have
VDA 6 certification preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
Strong facilitator and influencer skills
Experience with Power BI dashboards
Growth mindset in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Valid driver's license required
