  • Experience building T&S systems at consumer-facing marketplaces
  • Proven ability to balance fraud mitigation with growth protection
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills for cross-functional alignment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with high proficiency in SQL

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with global/international contributor populations
  • Understanding of AI-enabled fraud vectors and adversarial behavior
  • Experience working at early-to-growth-stage companies rebuilding T&S
  • Specific experience with contributor or gig-economy platforms

Key Requirements

  • 8–12 years of Product Management experience
  • 3–4 years leading Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Risk product teams
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in quantitative or engineering discipline
