Job Summary
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module, conducting requirement gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional design documents.
Configure and implement Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Basis, Salary Structures, Compensation Plans, Budgets, Eligibility Profiles, and Grade and Step Progression.
Support UAT, prepare training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
