  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module, conducting requirement gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional design documents.
  • Configure and implement Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Basis, Salary Structures, Compensation Plans, Budgets, Eligibility Profiles, and Grade and Step Progression.
  • Support UAT, prepare training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
